How PrecisionLogic collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information we collect
Personal information. Name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you provide through the contact form or in the course of an engagement.
Non-personal information. IP address (anonymized via Google Analytics 4), browser type, device type, and usage data such as pages visited and visit duration.

- Respond to inquiries and deliver services
- Send project updates and relevant communications
- Process transactions
- Improve the site and understand how it is used
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data sharing and disclosure
PrecisionLogic does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with:
- Service providers performing functions on our behalf (e.g., email delivery via Resend)
- Authorities when required by law
- Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
4. Data security
We use reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. GA4 loads after the page is interactive and does not run on internal pages. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
6. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of any resulting engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up. Analytics data is retained according to the default Google Analytics retention period (14 months). You may request earlier deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing matt@precisionlogic.ai. You may also opt out of any marketing communications at any time.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email matt@precisionlogic.ai.
European residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, port, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry) and, where applicable, your consent. To exercise any right, email matt@precisionlogic.ai.
Global Privacy Control
This site respects the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any data sharing that would constitute a sale under applicable law.
8. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. PrecisionLogic is not responsible for their privacy practices or content.
9. Changes to this policy
PrecisionLogic may update this policy and will post changes with an updated effective date.
